1.Application Introduction

This application is a health management app designed to measure and record users' heart rates. It provides heart rate monitoring, analysis, and health reports, along with some health exercise features. By using this app, users can easily monitor their heart rate status and adjust their lifestyle according to relevant data.

2.Service Usage Rules

2.1Heart rate measurement: This App measures heart rate through your device sensor and provides data analysis. Users should understand that the measurement results are for reference only and cannot replace the diagnosis of professional doctors.

2.2Data analysis and suggestions: The health suggestions provided by this App are only general references and do not constitute medical advice. Users should consult a professional doctor before making any health decisions.

2.3Health records: You can view and manage your historical heart rate data. This App will generate a health report based on your data to help you better understand your health status.

3.Information We Collect

3.1Health & Sensor Data

• Photoplethysmography (PPG) signals and computed heart-rate values generated by your device’s camera or optical sensor.

• Optional manual entries such as age, weight, or activity tags that you choose to provide to enhance analytics.

3.2Device & Usage Data

• Device model, OS version, unique device identifier (IDFV) for diagnostics and compatibility.

• Interaction logs (e.g., feature usage, crash reports) collected solely to improve stability and performance.

3.3Third-Party Service Data

• If you enable cloud back-up, encrypted copies of your historical measurements are stored on Apple CloudKit (subject to Apple’s privacy policy).

• We do not receive or store your Apple ID credentials.

4.Data Privacy and Protection

4.1We attach great importance to your privacy protection. All collected data is only used to provide and improve services. We will collect, use and protect your personal information in strict accordance with the Privacy Policy.

4.2This App may collect your heart rate data, device information and other data. This data will be stored anonymously or encrypted to ensure that your privacy is not leaked.

4.3We may use third-party services (such as cloud storage, data analysis, etc.). These third-party service providers only process your data within the scope of this App and are subject to our privacy protection policy.

5.User Responsibility

Health Responsibility: Users are responsible for their own health status. The measurement results and suggestions provided by this App are for reference only and cannot be used as a basis for medical diagnosis. If you have any health problems, please seek medical treatment in time.

No Abuse: Users shall not abuse or maliciously use this App in any form, including but not limited to illegal, fraudulent, harassing and other acts through this App.

6.3This App is not responsible for any data loss, errors or service interruptions caused by factors such as network, equipment or user operations.

7.Service Changes and Suspension

7.1This App reserves the right to modify, update or suspend the provision of part or all of the services at any time without prior notice to users. Users' continued use of this App is deemed to have accepted these changes.

7.2If you no longer want to use this App, you can uninstall the App at any time and terminate the use of the service.
